An intense cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles. Instructors use music and verbal clues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners.

Patrick has a B.S. in Applied Kinesiology and Sports Management, from Northern Illinois University. He has 9 years of experience as a personal trainer.

Jill’s athletic ability combined with her extensive teaching, coaching, and ﬁtness training make her a valuable asset in the promotion, growth, and development of not only athletes, but those who are committed to ﬁtness and health. Jill is also an USPTA Elite tennis player, USPTR and Level 1 Sports Science (USTA) and has extensive experience working with tennis speciﬁc agility/footwork, conditioning and strength training for players, including NCAA athletes and USTA sectional/nationally ranked juniors. In addition she is a senior conditioning specialist, with a specialty in lumbar spine strengthening and ankle sprain/strain restoration.

Marie has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. A graduate of Barnes Business College, Denver Colorado; she not only works with clients individually to reach their ﬁtness goals, but is a motivating and passionate group ﬁtness instructor as well, leading classes in aquatic ﬁtness, pilates, and spinning. She is a member of the American Council on Exercise: Aerobics & Fitness Association of America and specializes in arthritis issues.

Peter has extensive experience working children of all ages in all areas of ﬁtness however has a specialty in boxing and martial arts, Peter is a competitive boxer and mixed martial artist himself, with a purple belt in martial arts form Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts. He is a Golden Gloves and Junior Olympics boxing coach and has been working as a ﬁtness trainer for the past 5 years.

Level 4 Personal Trainer
Karl was a four sport varsity athlete in high school and ran track & field at Ohio University, where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Sciences. As an ACSM certified personal trainer, he specializes in the management of ADD/ADHD symptoms and diabetes with exercise. From high performance training to general fitness, Karl has the expertise to customize training plans for his clients. He also specializes in youth athletic development, including overuse injuries and prevention.

Christy graduated from Beijing Sport University after having devoted her life to Olympic Weight Lifting since the age of 12. Christy has won many awards in weightlifting, bodybuilding and CrossFit including being named the 2018 Fittest Woman in China. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Education & Sports Training from Beijing Sport University, China. She specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and high intensity training. She adds many sports elements into her workout sessions. She has rich experience in helping clients build muscle, lose fat and accomplish their fitness goals..
