A balance of both fun and fitness activities geared for ages 5 years and older.

Aqua Aerobics

Shallow and deep water full-body workout, working your cardiovascular and muscular system using water bells, kick-boards, and weights.

Pilates & Barre

Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using a yoga mat and various props. The main fitness goals of a Mat Pilates program includes improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Mentally and actively let out tension using stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. While building your core strength, also will provide deliberate and intense muscle engagement.

Cycle

An intense cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles. Instructors use music and verbal clues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners.

Five Seasons Sports Club has state-of-the-art fitness studios that include cardiovascular, free weights, pilates, bands and tubes, and spinning and aerobic studios. With the certified personal trainers on staff, Five Seasons will rival anyone in the area.

Kelly Kidd

Kelly has spent her entire career in personal fitness. As a parent and trainer, she believes exercise and a healthy lifestyle are essential in achieving physical, emotional and mental wellness. Balancing exercise and nutrition has become her passion. She is constantly searching for new ways to put a twist on exercise. She is committed to making the most of your time in the gym and helping you meet your goals.

Personal Trainer

Geoff Borro

Geoff is dedicated to the integration of training and nutrition to optimize human performance. He is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Board-Certified Sports Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutritional science. Geoff was previously a strength coach and performance dietitian for Special Operations Forces and the Air Force. While he specializes in training and nutrition for tactical athletes and elite youth athletes, he also has a passion for helping clients of all ages master exercise execution and develop the physical and mental strength to dominate life.

Certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian in Ohio (RD, LD), Board Certified Sports Dietitian (CSSD) NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)

Personal Trainer

Amy Wolf

Amy is a former teacher who began teaching fitness in 2003. She Specializes in Group fitness, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, as well as personal training. Amy loves helping people find their “fit” the type of exercise best for their body and that they enjoy. As a Thyroid cancer survivor she appreciates how exercise can keep people mentally and physically healthy.  Amy enjoys encouraging otters to feel their best through exercise.

Chris Holian

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist, and with over 19 years of experience in the field, Chris brings a strong knowledge base of fitness. Chris has a passion for fitness and wants to see all of his clients achieve their goals. Whether it is weight loss, sport conditioning or post-therapy rehab he will make you work and show you that nothing is impossible.

Specialties: General Fitness, Weight Loss, Low Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Knee Pain, Tennis and Golf Performance, and Post-therapy rehab

Amy Holly

Amy was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She worked at Sinclair College for 17 years helping Veterans use their GI Bill. While there, she became passionate about health and wellness and personal fitness became a life long journey. Fourteen years ago she discovered living a healthy fit lifestyle was her calling and decided to share her passion and knowledge to help inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. As your trainer, she is able to help clients realize their potential in overall strength building focusing on core, flexibility and balance to get the results you want. Her areas of expertise are Pilates mat and reformer, cycle, group and individual training.

Christy Chester

Christy graduated from Beijing Sport University after having devoted her life to Olympic Weight Lifting since the age of 12. Christy has won many awards in weightlifting, bodybuilding and CrossFit including being named the 2018 Fittest Woman in China. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Education & Sports Training from Beijing Sport University, China. She specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and high intensity training. She adds many sports elements into her workout sessions. She has rich experience in helping clients build muscle, lose fat and accomplish their fitness goals..

Certifications: Personal Training Certification by Chinese National Sports Bureau, CPR/AED, First Aid, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Russian KettleBell Instructor, Club Bell Instructor, International Bodybuilding Coach, Prenatal & Postnatal Pregnancy Fitness Instructor.
